Baba Balaknath Charitable Trust is a registered body having Trustees, Managing Committee comprising of experienced, knowledgeable and qualified persons in the area of work for the betterment of rural weaker sections of Society.

It is notified for Exemption u/s 80 G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

FACT FILE OF THE TRUST

a.      The founder of the Trust Sh. R.K. Chaudhary donated his own land which is situated at SINGHPUR on the main State Highway.  The land is well connected with Chandigarh (100 km coverable within 2 hours). 

b.     The ratio of the requirement of health services and the outlets of health services is very poor in this sector (Kandhi Area).  The location is surrounded on both sides by Shivalik Hills. 

c.      Primary Education, Skill Development, Training in Sewing and Embroidery, Adult Education, Dispensary for rural women are mainly required.   The location of these proposed Schools, Dispensary & Community Centre, is only 25 km away from Anandpur Sahib, Religious Shrine of Sikh Community and 15 km from Garhshankar Town.

Inspiration to become Disciple of Baba Balak Nath

Since my childhood, I followed my parents who used to visit Baba Balak Nath Cave situated at Dholgiri Parbat about 8 Kms from Shah Talai, Himachal Pradesh.  I made up my mind to construct a temple of Baba Balaknath in the memory of my father Late Shri Beli Ram Chaudhary.

I struggled throughout my life to achieve the highest goal.  I studied upto Post Graduation with an additional degree in Law.  I have worked on Top Posts in prestigious & well-reputed companies of Textile, Steel, Construction in Public & Private Sectors.  I joined another company DS Group, Noida during 1992-93, which is famous in the Pan Masala, Gutkha & Zarda Trade in India & Abroad.  I am heartly grateful to the Chairman, MD, Directors & President of M/s. Dharampal Satyapal Ltd. & Other Donors who have really helped me morally & financially to accomplish my inner desire to construct a Temple of Baba Balak Nath which was completed on 23^rd of April, 2004.                 

Childhood Inspiration

During my school vacations, I used to visit my Nanhal (Nanke) where the ladies & gents jointly organize Choki (Satsang) of Baba Balak Nath on every Sunday & hear the Sermons of Great Saints and Sadhus.  They used to sing songs about the Chamatkar of Baba Balak Nath Ji.  These chamatkar of Baba Ji deeply affected my heart & soul, since then I have blind faith in Baba ji.

I share my practical experience with the readers of this book that whenever, I faced any problems in the struggle of my life Babaji came in my dream (Sapna) and advised me the method to solve it   Example – During 1968 I alongiwth my family and friends family visited Baba Ji Cave.  From Shahtalai, we travelled on foot and we were to pass through a dense forest after sunset during the night.  We lost the actual path in the way and very much afraid, by chance a dog moving its tail came in front of us and act as a guide and disappeared when we saw the light of the Temple.  We heaved a sign of relief.
